Do you do MUA Discount?

Yes we do provide a 30% MUA discount, all you need to do is add 15+ pairs of your favourite styles to your cart and the discount will automatically be applied. 

What are the lashes made from?

Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) a high performance engineering polymer. This offers an excellent combination of wear longevity and softness. Lashes made from this material also have a natural gorgeous sheen imitating a natural lash.

Are the lashes BPA Free?

They are made from PBT — a mix of safe plastics that is 100 % BPA-free

Are the lashes vegan friendly?

Yes all are lashes are Vegan friendly containing NO animal derived ingredients.

Why don’t you supply real mink Lashes?

Mink lashes come from animals (Minks) imprisoned in unsanitary and cruel fur farms that supply the beauty/fashion industry. We DO NOT support animal cruelty, and strictly supply PBT/Vegan lashes only.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes we do, all our prices and delivery times are listed on the Shipping Page.

How many times can the lashes be worn?

With the correct care the lashes can be worn 20+ times.  Please see are Lash Care page.  

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final, however if you no longer need your purchase due to a change of mind then please contact us once your package has arrived and we shall happily give you a full refund. please note that this does not include shipping fees. All returned packages must be in the original unopened postal bags for a refund to be granted due to sanitary reasons. We do not offer refunds if your parcel (mail bag) has been opened. 

What is your refunds & exchanges policy?

Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
